The first step is always to meet and discuss what the client is hoping to achieve, that way we’ll always have a base and a direction that we will be ultimately aiming for. After that, we will carry out a thorough inspection and then build a proposal that is aimed at meeting the criteria and outcome the client is looking for. Once our proposal is accepted then our Production team swings into action and builds a strategy that will ensure we can deliver the best possible product and outcome, as well as ensuring all standards and codes are met and all safety procedures are adhered to.

From there a full site measure is undertaken to include all materials required to perform the works and any other equipment we will need to ensure the works are carried out as per all relevant codes and regulations eg roof access and safety, cranage and mobile plant.

If a start date hasn’t already been set, this is the time we will look at the best option with the client regarding when we mobilize on site to begin the works. We will also program the works to meet the requirements of the client in terms of which part of the roof we start on and daily milestones we aim to achieve.

Prior to the works beginning, we will ensure each relevant team member has undertaken any required site inductions and site specific training.

From there, we arrange the delivery of materials and equipment needed for the works to arrive on the pre-determined start date.

After this it becomes business as usual as our highly experienced and professional tradespeople get to work doing what they do best.

There is a large array of roofing products and materials. The requirements of each job we undertake vary according to a number of different factors. For example materials required at a refinery are far different from those used on a premises in suburban Perth.

We offer our own installation and watertight warranties. These vary depending on the scope of works, working environment and materials used but 10 years is standard.

Also, everything we install is backed by the manufacturers own warranties – some of which extend to 36 years.

Metal roofs can be installed on any structure that is constructed to have a metal roof installed. This only becomes an issue when dealing with roofs where the original product is considerably heavier than a metal roof. For example, old tile roof structures and asbestos roof structures are constructed slightly differently than metal roof structures. Our expert tradesmen though are well versed in undertaking the correct structural modifications and additions to ensure the roof structure is up to code prior to installing the new metal roof.
